Oliver Leisse, 58, was for many years strategy consultant at international advertising agencies. In 1997 he founded the EARSandEYES GmbH, an institute providing online market research and trend research.

 

In 2008 he founded SEE MORE, the Institute for Future Research and Development in Hamburg. The Institute explores current consumer insights based on qualitative ethnographic research in over 50 cities around the world. The Institute accesses 100 consultants who investigate on site the wishes of consumers, identify trends and interpret the developments.

 

In June 2012, he published his book: "Be prepared: 30 Trends for the business of tomorrow", Haufe publishing company. The second edition was published in late 2014.

Oliver Fischer joined the Finn Partners Munich office in 2009. Before joining Finn Partners he worked in the PR department of a large software company and IT service provider for tax consultants, auditors and lawyers as well as their clients.

Oliver’s client experience includes amongst others PGP Corporation, Equinix, FireEye, Aruba Networks and Gigamon, as well as several other clients and projects in the B2B networking and IT security sector, i.e. Corporate Visions, the leading marketing and sales messaging, content and skills training company. He furthermore was appointed to a part-time teaching post in International PR at the University of Bamberg.

Thomas Herrmann has more than 21 years of sales experience, including several years as a project manager with an international Swiss airline. Global, internationally operating companies, but also locally operating companies with headquarters in German-speaking countries have been and still are the focus of his professional career.

At ADP, he is responsible for the Multi-National Corporation/Enterprise division and, together with his team, is responsible for major multinational HR projects in various European countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Scandinavia and the Netherlands.
