With over 20 years experience in change management in global settings, Vanessa Egli has worked across the broad spectrum of “people” topics, including senior leadership support, communications, employee engagement, and learning and development. She currently oversees the change management for Linde Global Services´ automation programme and prior to that designed and established the Linde Global Healthcare Training Academy, catering for roles ranging from nursing through to sales teams and logistics functions, to executive positions.

Vanessa is keenly interested in the current disruption that is taking place in corporate learning, recognising that the old mainstay of in-house universities needs to give way to a multichannel, agile, and learner-led approach. She is also committed to championing the right of all employees to effective and meaningful development opportunities in order to face the challenges of rapid change across all industries and in order to fully contribute and feel engaged in their current roles.

In all change management initiatives that Vanessa has worked on, learning and development has been the crucial workstream that guarantees sustainability of change, and conversely can act as the largest blocker to successful transformation. It deserves a high priority on every leader´s agenda.
