Ritu Dubey leads the Europe division of Digitate, a Tata Consultancy Services Venture. She is focused on bringing predictability and optimization to customers’ Business Operations by leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence to improve business productivity. Prior to this role, she has worked extensively in IT across Europe and the Americas, leveraging technology to advance Digital Transformations for customers. Ritu is passionate about advocating and advancing the cause of Women in Technology and in AI. She has co-chaired the TCS Nordics Women’s initiative and loves to coach and encourage women.

The past two decades has witnessed Ritu being actively involved in building the technology business for TCS Europe & the Americas across industry verticals such as Banking, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail and Telecom. Ritu enjoys creating and exploring new markets and disrupting existing ones by leveraging technology and redesigning operating models. She believes in “Change is Constant” and an ideal mindset towards growth, continuous ecosystem collaboration across people, industries, academia and business is key to unlocking great opportunities.

Ritu received her Bachelors in Technology from National Institute of Technology (NIT), India in 1997. She lives in Zurich with her husband and daughter.

Marion is the Technology Advancement Manager at NXP Semiconductors responsible for the management of applications in the Enterprise IT Domain, including technical application management for SAP and non SAP applications, infrastructure management, and (SAP) programming.

 

Marion pursued her career in IT after her university graduation in Linguistics studies. All her professional life, she has been involved in SAP applications starting as an ABAP developer and later on as an SAP Basis consultant. She is working in NXP Semiconductors since 2009 and has led large transformational projects in the IT domain. In 2018 when NXP Enterprise IT decided to invest in IT automation technology with Digitate’s ignio, Marion has been instrumental in designing and implementing the automation roadmap.

 

She is passionate about emerging technologies and automation opportunities that can reduce human error, free up time for more value-added work and make the shift from reactive to proactive management to provide a better employee and customer experience.
